Receive regular usage and performance reports so you always have a clear picture of how the service is running. Uptake, popular items, and service performance. Invoicing is straightforward and requires no additional admin on your side.

The service fee is priced per fridge per month. Beyond that, what you contribute towards food costs is entirely up to you.
Food is competitively priced and your team can pay directly at the fridge with no further contribution required. If you want to make the staff benefit work even harder, a subsidy can be structured however works best for your organisation — whether that is a fixed amount off every purchase, a daily credit, or a discount on specific items. Fixed monthly options are also available for employers who prefer a predictable spend.
