Where Chef & Porter provides smart fridge services at your workplace, we may collect and process:

• Usage and device interaction data
• Internal fridge camera footage capturing product interaction during item removal or return. Cameras are positioned to monitor product interaction and are not intended to capture identifiable images of individuals. We do not intentionally collect biometric data or audio recordings.

Where you provide consent, we may collect technical and usage information through analytics and advertising technologies, including:

Chef & Porter acts as an independent data controller in relation to personal data processed through smart fridge services.
